I have the right to decline your order if I am not comfortable or will not be able to work on it.

A copy of my terms will be included in the paypal voice to protect both parties.

ART - No one is allowed to use my artwork as a Non Fungible Token (NFT); I am not interested in partaking in cryptocurrencies and nft. Commissioned, pre-existing, or merchandise work can not be minted into an nft by the commissioner or by anyone else.

ART - My commissions are strictly for personal or private use only. I will not allow my works to be used in unauthorized commercial purposes or profit unless agreed otherwise.

ART - No one in allowed to edit, trace, copy, or remove my watermark from the finished product.

ART - The commissioner is not allowed to claim my art as theirs, paid or otherwise.

ART - Give due credits to me or a link going back to any of my socials anytime the art is posted.

ART - I will only allow 2 minimal revisions after sketch.

ART - Once your requestion has been confirmed, please go to queue to see the progress and the status of your commission.

ART - The finished commission will be sent through email in .png format.

ART - The turnaround time will range from a week to a month. If there are delays due to certain factors such as complexity, mental health, current workload, and comfortability with the work- you shall be updated regarding about it.

TAROT - I will not do any questions that will include but not limited to substance use, mental health, physical health, legal reasons, finances, and sexual intercourse.

TAROT - I will not do readings that asks for someone else's thoughts. I will not tolerate invading someone's privacy, tarot or otherwise.

TAROT - I will not do readings for vetting deities or deity messages.

PAYMENT - Once I approve your request, I shall send an invoice. Do not send any payment before I have confirmed your commission and have discussed the payment method.

PAYMENT - Any accidental payments will be taken as a donation.

PAYMENT - Commissions are not 'first come, first serve' basis.

PAYMENT - Full payment will be sent beforehand or at sketch approval via Paypal, Kofi, or GCash only

PAYMENT - I strictly do not allow refunds, chargebacks, or paypal disputes. And strictly no cancellations.

PAYMENT - Rush orders can be arranged with an additional fee of 50% of the final price.

PAYMENT - By paying for your commission, whether art or tarot commission, meant that you had read my terms and conditions. Any disputes that will be talked about that is related to what is listed here is invalid and therefore will not be recognized.
